T&T Carnival needs a makeover.
T&T Carnival needs a master plan. If this were a product marketed by a Company, there would be meetings going on about if the product should be discontinued……this is as far as I got with a blog today because I was struggling with my thoughts and then I saw a piece in today’s Express by Rabadiri Victor on the same subject…thanks Rubadiri.
