  1. Add value to your offering while maintaining your price. You want to stand out among alternatives.  Give customers a compelling reason to remember you. Is it your smiles?  Your peoples’ superb reliability?
  2. Go into a market you don’t currently serve. (including online sales with Free Delivery)
  3. Is it time to export?
  4. Reduce your slow movers so you can focus on what people really want.  When you make your operations simpler, you can be more effective.
  5. Happy employees make for happy customers.  Engage your team and recognise them consistently and often.
  6. Extend your Opening Hours or match them better to what customers want.  Have you noticed banks opening on Saturday now?
  7. Create alliances with other businesses.  You buy from them and they buy from you.
  8. Launch new products, sides, flavors, services so you bring some “news” to your business and  to your customers.  Notice how KFC have something new happening every so often.  eg. Popcorn Chicken or BBQ
